Provet Cloud is a cloud-based veterinary practice information management system for independent clinics, mobile practices, hospitals, universities, and multi-site veterinary groups. It brings appointment scheduling, website-connected online booking, email and SMS reminders, medical records, invoicing, payments, inventory, reporting, client communication, and AI-assisted clinical workflows into one system. Staff can manage schedules, patient histories, consultations, and billing through a browser, while an Android mobile app supports existing Provet customers. Its scope suits organizations that want scheduling connected to wider clinical and administrative operations rather than a standalone booking tool.

Pricing is structured around both practice-wide platform fees and per-vet charges. Core costs $99 per vet per month, while the Core platform fee is $249 per month and includes one vet. Pro costs $129 per vet per month, with a $299 monthly platform fee that includes one vet. Pro adds a Referral Portal, multi-location management, a triage board, and Dedicated Customer Success. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, service level agreement, custom terms, and single sign-on. Clinical Agent costs $40 per seat per month for dictation, medical-chart completion, unlimited usage, custom templates, and charge capture. Provet Pay has no monthly fee and supports in-clinic and online payments.

Connectivity is a central strength. Provet Cloud offers an open REST API, 150 integrations, and connections across laboratories, imaging, payments, pharmacies, and telemedicine services, including Antech, IDEXX, Zoetis, Xero, Vetstoria, and PetsApp. Laboratory, imaging, and PACS/DICOM integrations support practices with more specialized workflows. Support is available through chat, phone, email, and documentation. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SSO/SAML, and two-factor authentication address organizations with defined security requirements. Choose Provet Cloud when your clinic needs a connected veterinary operating system and compliance features; choose a narrower scheduler if you only need appointments and reminders.
