ProSchool360 is a cloud-based school management ERP for Indian CBSE, ICSE and State Board schools. It combines student records, RFID and QR attendance, fee schedules and online payments, grades, report cards, admissions, parent communications, GPS bus tracking, timetables, and staff HR and payroll. The service runs on web, Android and iOS, with cloud and mobile deployment. Its broad module set suits schools that want core administration and parent communication in one system, particularly smaller institutions watching monthly costs.
Pricing is organized by student capacity and billing cycle. Starter Monthly (100 Students) costs INR 299 per month, while Starter Yearly (100 Students) is INR 2,999 per month equivalent with annual billing. Basic Plus Monthly (200 Students) costs INR 499 per month, and Basic Plus Yearly (200 Students) is INR 4,999 per month equivalent billed annually. The 300 Students Monthly plan is INR 600 per month, with Yearly 300 Students at INR 5,999 per month equivalent. The 600 Students Monthly plan costs INR 800 per month, while Yearly 500 Students is INR 7,999 per month equivalent. Platform coverage is practical, but the ecosystem is narrow: listed integrations are WhatsApp Business API and a UPI payment gateway.
