Propeller Commerce Hub is a cloud, headless B2B commerce platform for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and businesses with complex customer relationships. It supports custom storefronts, dealer portals, self-service ordering, and spare-parts commerce, with multiple shops connected to one back office. Customer-specific catalogs and pricing, quote requests, approvals, quote-to-order workflows, and installed-base support make it suited to commerce operations where different buyers, products, and purchasing rules need to coexist.

Pricing is quote-based, with Commerce Hub Pro and Commerce Hub Enterprise available through a sales process. Pro includes order management with OCI/Punchout catalog, up to 25,000 products, customer-specific pricing, dynamic shipping costs, and inventory management. Enterprise adds multi-channel and multilingual support, multi-warehouse operations with local stock, unlimited products, multi-ERP and multi-supplier support, plus customer SSO and MFA. Annual payments are offered, while monthly payment schedules are available for Pro. The tier structure makes Pro a fit for defined B2B catalog operations; organizations needing broader regional, channel, warehouse, or identity capabilities should assess Enterprise.

Its main strength is the connection between a flexible frontend model and operational systems. REST and GraphQL APIs support custom storefronts, portals, and apps, while integrations cover ERP, PIM, CRM, payments, warehouse management systems, Pipedream, Make, and Zapier. Product, pricing, order, and inventory synchronization helps keep commerce aligned with back-office processes. Propeller is a strong match for industrial B2B and dealer commerce, especially where spare parts, approvals, customer-specific pricing, or multiple regions matter. Businesses seeking a simpler storefront platform or a self-serve purchasing path may find its sales-led model and enterprise-oriented scope less suitable.
