Productlane is a customer feedback and support platform designed for product and support teams that use Linear. Its public feedback portal lets customers submit ideas, comment and vote, while roadmap publishing connects customer-facing updates with Linear issues and projects. The platform also brings together shared email and Slack inboxes, live chat, an embeddable widget, help-center and changelog publishing, AI support, and automatic duplicate detection.

Published annual-plan pricing is per user per month. Starter costs $29 and includes a shared email inbox, Linear integration, Live Chat, Productlane Agent, a self-updating Help Center and feature requests. Pro costs $59 and adds a shared Slack inbox, Custom Connectors, Reporting and Macros. Scale costs $99 and adds a Customer Support Portal, multiple portals, multi-language support, a private portal and SSO (JWT). Enterprise includes all Scale features plus volume AI resolution rates, invoicing and custom terms, a security review and DPA, dedicated onboarding and a named support contact.

Productlane fits a Linear-centered workflow, with additional integrations for Zapier, Raycast, Attio and HubSpot. It runs in the cloud through web and API access, offers email, chat and documentation support, and lists GDPR compliance. Teams wanting one system for collecting requests, exposing a roadmap and routing support conversations into engineering work should find the feature coverage relevant. Teams without Linear, or those seeking a free entry tier, may prefer a more standalone or no-cost feedback tool.

Productlane pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Bidirectional Linear synchronization connects requests with issues and projects
    • Public portal supports submissions, comments, voting and duplicate merging
    • Combines inboxes, live chat, roadmap, help center and AI assistance
  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan is available
    • Feature depth centers on teams already using Linear
    • Enterprise uses invoicing and custom terms instead of a listed seat price
