Primo Survey is web-based software for creating online surveys and polls, collecting responses, and reviewing results through reports or exported files. It suits individuals and small teams that need straightforward questionnaires, polls, response tracking and basic respondent-level analysis without a complex platform. Survey creators can use templates, customizable styling, matrix and free-text questions, skip logic, response controls and distribution through links, email, social media or embedded forms.
The Free account is unusually capable for basic work: it includes unlimited surveys, unlimited questions, unlimited responses per survey, a single user account, professional reports and data export. The Professional Account costs $50 per year and includes everything in the Free account, plus multi-user accounts, Primo Survey branding removal, priority support and email invitations. Paid users also gain response tracking and reminder notices through the available invitation tools. Both plans support reports and exports, while the paid tier is mainly relevant when collaboration, branded presentation or direct email invitations matter.
Primo Survey’s narrow web-based focus is its main trade-off. It covers core survey creation, branching, distribution, reporting and polling, but it does not provide integrations, an API, a panel or AI features. That makes it a practical choice for basic surveys and polls managed through links, email, social media or embeds. Organizations needing broader ecosystem connectivity, automated workflows or advanced research capabilities should choose a more expansive survey platform instead.
