Presurf is Capsis’s cloud web-archiving service for organizations that need to preserve complete websites, including government bodies, archives, educational institutions, law firms, publishers and financial institutions. It stores captured versions and provides a calendar-based viewer for browsing earlier versions. Its focus is scheduled whole-site preservation, rather than a general-purpose records-management system, and it is available through the web.

The plan structure separates basic daily capture from broader management and change-triggered archiving. Presurf Lite costs €160 per month and includes daily archiving, monthly cancellation and a first month free; its one-time setup fee is €490. Presurf costs €325 per month, with a €990 setup fee, and adds scheduled archiving and an archive management environment. Presurf Pro is €490 per month, also with a €990 setup fee, and adds event-driven archiving and a Service Level Agreement. Prices exclude VAT. The published plans show monthly cancellation and a first month free across the three subscriptions.

For preservation workflows, Presurf supports ISO 28500:2017 (WARC 1.1), RSS and sitemap archiving, as well as daily, weekly and monthly schedules. Pro can capture in response to website changes. Capsis describes managed or self-managed operation and plans for one, three or unlimited website URLs, giving buyers options around operation and scope. The setup fee and recurring cost make it a considered purchase, especially for a single-site need. Organizations that require scheduled complete-site archives and calendar access should compare the tiers; those seeking a broader records platform or a lower-cost entry point should consider alternatives.
