A broad medical exam toolkit with extensive content, but a high entry price.

PrepLadder is an online medical-exam preparation platform for students preparing for NEET PG, FMGE, INI-CET and related postgraduate medical examinations. Its study tools include video lectures, an 18,500+ MCQ question bank, mock tests, rapid-revision resources, structured notes, performance analysis, detailed test analytics and custom practice modules. The service runs on the web and through Android and iOS apps, with some content limited to mobile and tablet devices.
The published plans show a paid-only offering. PRO costs INR 21,000 and includes 18,500+ MCQs, Audio QBank and Image Bank, 21 mock tests, the SPARK recall system, Rapid Revision QBank and 2,000+ summary charts. ELITE costs INR 24,000 and adds video lectures, Notes XI, 300+ mock tests, 280 hours of rapid revision and 20 hours of dissection videos, while retaining the 18,500+ MCQs. Custom provides tailored preparation plans and targeted access to videos, QBank and notes. A one-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Breadth is PrepLadder’s defining strength: learners can combine content review, question practice, mock testing, rapid revision and recall tools in one service. The platform also supports web, iOS and Android access, with email, chat, phone and documentation support. That scope suits solo learners who want extensive resources across multiple medical entrance and postgraduate exam types. It is less suitable for students seeking a free starting point, a longer trial period or a narrowly focused question-bank product. Learners choosing between plans should weigh PRO’s revision and recall emphasis against ELITE’s larger mock-test and lecture offering.
