PostMonk is a cloud workspace for Instagram planning, publishing, engagement and analytics, with support for other social accounts. It suits solo creators, small teams and mid-market organizations that need visual feed planning, recurring publishing, brand-voice caption generation, comment management and cross-account reporting. The workspace supports Instagram Business and Creator accounts, while direct scheduling is not available for personal accounts. Content formats include feed posts, Stories, Reels and carousels, and Ideas Board helps organize concepts before publication.
Pricing uses one-time payments rather than a recurring subscription. Starter costs $29 and includes 1 Brand Asset, 5 social accounts, 1 team seat, 500 scheduled posts per month, 8,000 lifetime AI text credits and 5 post templates. Pro costs $59 and expands capacity to 5 Brand Assets, 25 social accounts, 3 team seats, 5,000 scheduled posts per month and 20,000 lifetime AI text credits; it also adds API and MCP server access. Agency costs $99 and provides 25 Brand Assets, 100 social accounts, 10 team seats, 20,000 scheduled posts per month, 40,000 lifetime AI text credits and a custom white-label domain. Each workspace has a 7-day trial without a credit card, and a 30-day refund period is available.
Its ecosystem covers Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and DeepSeek, plus Canva, VistaCreate, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and stock-media services such as Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay and GIPHY. The Instagram comment inbox can produce AI reply drafts, while hashtag analytics, evergreen recycling, webhooks and a REST API support broader workflows on eligible plans. Choose PostMonk if a lifetime purchase, visual grid control and high scheduling limits matter; choose another tool if you need personal-account scheduling, a free plan or API access on the entry tier.
