PostFast is a social media management platform for creators, startups, brands, teams, and agencies that need to compose, schedule, publish, and analyze content across 11 social platforms. It supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, X, and Google Business Profile. Access is available through web, macOS, iOS, Android, and an API, with automated publishing for Reels, Stories, and TikTok content.
Pricing is structured around four tiers, with monthly and annual billing. Starter costs €12 per month or €120 per year and includes four social accounts, 150 scheduled posts, 50 drafts, one workspace, one user, and limited analytics. Creator costs €29 per month or €288 per year for 12 accounts, 1,500 scheduled posts, 600 drafts, four workspaces, five users, and analytics. Growth costs €49 per month or €480 per year, increasing capacity to 30 accounts, 3,000 scheduled posts, 2,000 drafts, 10 workspaces, and eight users. Pro (Agency) costs €99 per month or €990 per year and adds capacity for 120 accounts, unlimited posts and drafts, 30 workspaces, 15 users, analytics, and a social inbox. A seven-day trial is available instead of a permanent free plan.
The product’s strongest fit is teams that want publishing breadth alongside practical collaboration controls. Calendar planning, approval workflows, role permissions, workspaces, bulk CSV import, CSV and PDF analytics exports, and a shared inbox cover core operational needs. Integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, Canva, Dropbox, and Google Drive, plus REST API and MCP access, support automated workflows. However, Starter is notably limited for collaborative teams, and analytics are limited at that tier. Choose PostFast when affordable multi-network publishing and automation matter; consider another option when deeper analytics or more users on the entry plan are priorities.
