PostAirport is a web service for Instagram professional Business or Creator accounts. It schedules and publishes feed photos and Reels through Instagram’s official API, while giving creators, brands, small teams and agencies a way to manage multiple connected accounts. Each account can have its own terminal and encrypted data, and manual tools cover comment moderation plus replies to user-initiated messages. The product is focused on Instagram publishing rather than broader social management or automated engagement.
Pricing is monthly and paid. Economy costs $9 per month and includes Reel scheduling, a departures board, Air Traffic Control analytics, encrypted per-account data and email support. Business Class costs $40 per month, adds side-by-side terminals for multiple accounts, and provides full account and per-post insights while retaining Economy features. First Class costs $100 per month, includes everything in Business, and lists Air Traffic Control analytics and email support. The plans impose post allowances, so teams should match their publishing volume to the selected tier.
The analytics cover account and individual Reel performance, including reach, views, watch time, engagement and follower demographics. Instagram Login and the official Instagram API provide the platform connection, but Instagram may delay or reject API publications. PostAirport does not manage ads, provide AI features, offer visual planning or support networks beyond Instagram. Its narrow scope suits users who want direct scheduling and publishing analytics for professional Instagram accounts; agencies needing wider channel coverage, campaign management or automated engagement should choose a broader alternative.
