Portfoliobox is a browser-based website builder for photographers, designers, artists, architects, illustrators, and other creatives. Its visual drag-and-drop editor combines responsive templates with mix-and-match page designs and more than 40 gallery layouts. The service covers portfolio publishing, custom domains, professional email, SEO tools, analytics, blogging, e-commerce, bookings, invoicing, quotes, client review pages, and file sharing. It is suited to creators who need more than a gallery and want one website for presenting work, attracting clients, and handling selected business tasks.
The plan structure scales from a small portfolio to a broader professional site. Free includes 30 images, 5 pages, a Portfoliobox subdomain, and a mobile-responsive site. Personal expands capacity to 150 images, 15 pages, and 100 blog posts, with custom-domain inclusion on eligible annual plans. Professional supports 1,000 images and pages and adds an e-commerce store, bookings and appointments, invoicing and quotes, and website analytics. Custom-domain registration is included for the first year only on eligible annual plans, and prices exclude VAT. That makes the higher tier more relevant for creators combining a portfolio with transactions or client administration.
Its ecosystem is broad for a portfolio-focused product. Integrations include Adobe Lightroom, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, CodePen, Sketchfab, Figma, Marvel, Bandcamp, and Google Maps. Portfolio galleries, password-protected client review pages, file sharing, blogging, and built-in analytics give it useful range across creative workflows. Choose Portfoliobox if your site needs galleries alongside commerce, bookings, client proofing, or content publishing. A simpler portfolio need may be better served by the Free or Personal plan, while the Free plan is less suitable when a custom domain or larger site is required.
