POOK is a browser-based invitation maker for hosts planning parties and other small gatherings. It combines editable templates, blank-canvas creation, RSVP collection and interactive event features in one web product. Guests can open a shared invitation link or matching QR code, submit an RSVP without creating an account, and participate through features such as group chat, shared photos and games. The product is positioned for gatherings of roughly 8–30 people, with a template library of 450 and self-serve capacity additions for larger events.
The pricing structure covers one-off events and recurring use. The Free plan includes the first published invitation at no cost, public templates, link and QR sharing, RSVP and a POOK watermark. One Day costs $1.49 per invitation and adds three AI drafts, all templates, Play Kit, Dress Rehearsal preview and watermark removal. Starter costs $2.99 per month for three invitations, with unused credits rolling over for 6 months. Pro costs $6.99 per month for 10 invitations, while Studio costs $19.99 per month for 30 invitations, custom work and priority support.
POOK stands out when an invitation needs to become an interactive event hub rather than a static announcement. Mood Pulse, Moment Room, live chat, photo sharing, Play Kit and post-event recaps give hosts several ways to extend participation before, during and after the gathering. Its main fit is therefore social, link-based events where guests can access a browser. Hosts who need SMS or email distribution, printed invitations, or a native app experience should choose a different tool. For interactive gatherings with straightforward RSVP collection, POOK offers a broad feature set across free and paid options.
