PollUnit is a web-based platform for creating polls, surveys, questionnaires, votes, idea collections and contests. It is suited to teams, organizations, educators, researchers and event organizers that need participant feedback or group decision-making through a browser. Core capabilities include real-time polls and voting, multiple question types, rating questions, Likert and matrix scales, anonymous participation, result analysis, CSV and Excel exports, and sharing through links, QR codes or website embeds.

Its freemium structure gives every plan unlimited PollUnits. The Free plan supports 40 participants per PollUnit, 20 files per PollUnit and 1 GB of storage. Premium raises those limits to 200 participants, 100 files and 10 GB of storage. Business supports 2,000 participants, 500 files and 30 GB of storage, while Enterprise supports 20,000 participants, 1,000 files and 100 GB of storage. The published pricing structure includes monthly and annual billing, with the starting price shown as an annual-billing monthly equivalent. This makes the plan levels easy to compare by participant capacity, file allowance and storage.

For embedded feedback, PollUnit combines website embedding with integrations for WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. API access also supports programmatic polls and surveys, which can help organizations connect collection workflows to their own systems. Conditional survey branching is a notable strength when different respondents need different questions, while real-time charts support live result viewing. PollUnit is a good fit for embedded polls, conditional surveys and anonymous feedback. Organizations needing verified quizzes, Q&A, or presentation slide integrations should choose a tool built around those audience-response formats instead.
