PodRescale review
A broad automation suite for turning podcast episodes into publishable content.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
PodRescale turns podcast episodes into transcripts, show notes, summaries, chapters, timestamps, quotes, title ideas, social posts, newsletters and captioned short video clips. It supports MP3, WAV, M4A and MP4 uploads, plus RSS feeds, Apple Podcasts links and YouTube URLs. Individual podcasters, podcast teams and agencies can review generated content, publish it, and download a ZIP social pack from a web-based workspace.
Its main strength is breadth within podcast content production. Automatic transcription with timestamps and speaker identification provides the source material, while chapter generation, key takeaways and promotional assets extend the workflow beyond show notes. RSS auto-processing on Pro is particularly relevant for teams handling recurring episodes. Social publishing and scheduling connect with LinkedIn and Twitter/X, and the Free episode option includes one full episode, all content types, one connected social account and publication of the best three posts.
Pricing is organized around increasing workflow scale. Creator costs $590 per year or $79 per month for all content types and publishing with one seat. Pro costs $1,590 per year or $199 per month, adding RSS auto-processing, brand voice, trust-level publishing and five seats. Business costs $3,990 per year or $499 per month, with white-label and API access, dedicated support and unlimited seats. The one-time Free episode option offers a low-commitment way to produce one episode, but teams needing ongoing automation should consider Creator, Pro or Business. PodRescale fits high-volume podcast teams and agencies; smaller users seeking a narrow show-notes tool may find its wider content workflow unnecessary.
