Podcast.co is a paid podcast hosting and publishing platform for independent podcasters, brands, businesses and podcast networks. It combines episode uploads, scheduled publishing, distribution to podcast platforms, customizable podcast pages, embeddable players, analytics, transcription and private, invite-only podcasts. Teams can manage the service through the web, with API access for programmatic workflows. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The plan structure scales by users, monthly downloads and page capabilities. Lite costs $19 per month or $190 per year and includes unlimited shows and episodes, 1 user, 15,000 monthly downloads, basic podcast pages and podcast analytics. Growth costs $49 per month or $490 per year, increasing the allowance to 5 users and 75,000 monthly downloads while adding advanced podcast pages and private subscribers. Premium costs $99 per month or $990 per year, with unlimited users, 200,000 monthly downloads, advanced podcast pages and private subscribers. Custom domain support is available on advanced pages.

Podcast.co fits teams that want hosting and publishing operations in the same service, particularly when scheduling, one-click distribution, transcription, intro and outro updates, or private podcasts are part of the workflow. Integrations include YouTube, WordPress, Slack, Twitter, Trello, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Gmail, Facebook, Radio.co and Zapier. Zapier automation and API access extend its workflow options, while analytics cover downloads, locations, clients and episodes. Choose it when podcast infrastructure and automation matter more than extensive site building. A dedicated podcast website builder is a better fit for teams prioritizing deeper website design and content-site capabilities.
