Pod Promo is a web-based podcast hosting service for creators who need a place to store and serve episodes, generate an RSS 2.0 feed, and publish public show and episode pages. It supports MP3 and M4A/AAC files up to 2 GB per episode, includes an embedded player, and provides real-time play counts at show and episode level. Scheduled publishing and RSS-feed migration make it suited to small shows moving from another host or establishing a regular release routine. Access is currently invite-only and in private alpha, with a paid subscription required once available.

Its strongest fit is a focused publishing workflow. Pod Promo can generate the feed needed for submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pocket Casts, Podchaser, and other directories. Those submissions are manual, so creators remain responsible for distribution steps after the feed is generated. The platform also includes AI-assisted production features for transcripts, show notes, titles, keywords, social posts, and chapters. These tools use a customer-supplied OpenRouter key, which makes the AI workflow dependent on that account configuration.

Pod Promo keeps analytics narrow, reporting real-time play counts by show and episode rather than presenting a broader measurement suite. Its subscription-only model and current private-alpha status make it a product to evaluate around access and publishing needs rather than a broadly available starting point. Choose it if you want straightforward RSS hosting, public pages, scheduling, migration, and lightweight production assistance in a web application. Look elsewhere if automated directory distribution or more advanced analytics are central to your podcast operation.
