Plagiat.pl is a web-based plagiarism detection service for colleges, schools, businesses, publishers, agencies, and individuals. Its Antiplagiarism System compares submitted text with global internet resources, legal acts, theses, institutional databases, and the RefBooks collection, which contains more than one million documents. Similarity Reports show percentage indicators and detected borrowed fragments, while the system also checks altered characters, whitespace, and multi-word phrase similarities. Individual users can purchase token-based checks for single documents.

The Individual token plan costs $3 one time and checks up to 20,000 characters, with a Similarity Report included. Token pricing varies by payment method. For regular or high-volume checking, the Business subscription is intended for institutions and requires contacting Plagiat.pl for pricing. There is no free plan, so the token option suits occasional checks while recurring institutional workflows are directed toward the subscription offering.

Academic platform fit is a notable strength. Plagiat.pl supports Moodle through a plugin and integrates with Editorial System, APD (USOS), Uczelnia XP, and OPTIcamp. These connections support university systems and thesis-archiving workflows without moving the service beyond its web-based delivery. Choose Plagiat.pl if you need low-cost individual checks or academic-source coverage with institutional integrations. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a free tier, desktop software, or a broader feature set beyond plagiarism and text-manipulation detection.
