Pivot Interactives is a web-based science learning platform for grades 6–12, higher education, teachers, and school districts. Its activities use interactive video based on scientific phenomena across biology, earth and space science, chemistry, environmental science, and physics. Students can measure video events, build graphs, analyze data, upload experiment videos, collaborate in Co-Lab, and complete structured activities. Teachers can create classes, customize assignments, integrate sensors, collect responses, and grade work automatically or manually. It is particularly well suited to physics instruction that connects classroom concepts with observable events.

The published plans offer several purchasing routes. Classroom includes 500+ activities, activity customization, Co-Lab, basic LMS integration, and AP-aligned activities and practice exams. District adds a reporting dashboard, advanced rostering and SSO, advanced LMS integration, standards alignment, and dedicated support. Institutional License includes 500+ activities for one semester, LMS integration, customization, Co-Lab, and on-demand support. Student Pay and Course Codes also provide 500+ activities for one semester, with LMS integration; Course Codes adds bookstore distribution. A 30-day instructor trial is available, and the published starting price is 6.10. Purchasing guidance includes a 10-seat minimum.

Platform fit is a clear strength. Pivot Interactives supports web, Windows, macOS, and iOS, with Chrome OS and browser support also specified. It integrates with Canvas, Schoology, D2L/Brightspace, Blackboard, Moodle, Google Classroom, Clever, and ClassLink, and supports grade export. The standout capability is the combination of interactive video, adjustable parameters such as mass and ramp angle, measurement tools, tables, graphing, and sensor integration. Choose it when data-driven investigation and video analysis are central to instruction. Schools seeking a broad, fully packaged curriculum may prefer a less specialized option.
