Pigeonhole Live is a web-based audience engagement platform for presenters, educators, internal communications teams, conference organisers, and event teams. It combines live Q&A, polls, quizzes, assessments, surveys, word clouds, reactions, and chat in presentation and event experiences. Organisers can moderate questions and responses, display participation, and export insights, while attendees join through a browser link or QR code without creating an account. It suits events where structured participation and moderated discussion matter more than simple polling alone.
The pricing structure covers small sessions through large events. Starter is free forever for up to 100 participants and includes unlimited Q&As, Polls, Chats, and Surveys, plus Presentation and Event Pigeonholes. Presenter costs $13 per month and includes 250 participants, moderated Q&A and Polls, custom themes and logos, and PDF and Excel insight exports. Standard costs $150 per month for 2,000 participants and adds registration, attendee access controls, multi-track event support, and website or event-platform embedding. Enterprise uses custom pricing, supports more than 5,000 participants and events up to 100,000 participants, and adds SSO, API access, custom integrations, and compliance support.
Its ecosystem fit is a major consideration for teams running presentations, meetings, webinars, streams, or event websites. Pigeonhole Live integrates with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, Cisco Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, YouTube, Vimeo, Livestream, Castr, ON24, Socialive, Brightcove, and Kollective. The platform also supports multiple poll formats, quiz timing and scoring, self-paced assessments, response moderation, and PDF or Excel exports. Choose it for moderated, varied audience participation across event workflows. A simpler polling tool may be a better fit for teams that do not need Q&A moderation, quizzes, surveys, or event-platform integration.
