Pictureflect Photo Viewer is a Windows 10/11 application for viewing and managing photos in fullscreen or windowed modes. It is aimed at Windows users who want more than a basic image viewer, with support for common formats, many RAW formats, multi-frame images, slideshows, zooming, metadata inspection and file operations. It also supports color management, printing and video playback through its broader feature set.

The Free plan covers the core viewing experience, including file and folder browsing, zoom and slideshow controls, common and RAW image formats, and metadata viewing. It also includes tools for cropping, resizing, converting and rotating images, plus bulk image operations. A two-day Pro trial is available in-app. Pro adds thumbnail browsing, transition effects, video playback and export, additional image effects, saved sessions, background music and file search.

Its main strength is breadth: Pictureflect brings together photo viewing, light editing, RAW support, EXIF and detailed metadata inspection, configurable slideshows, thumbnail layouts and session saving in one Windows-focused application. That makes it a practical choice for users who want a free viewer with organizational and utility features built in. The trade-off is its narrow platform focus, so users on macOS, Linux, mobile devices or other operating systems should choose a cross-platform alternative instead. Users who only need simple image opening may also find its wider toolset unnecessary.
