PhotoGlacier is a web-based client gallery and proofing service for photographers delivering photos and videos online. Its core workflow combines customizable galleries with client reactions, stars, likes, rejects, comments, approvals, annotations, download controls, and gallery analytics. The free plan makes it a practical starting point for photographers who need client selection and review tools without an upfront subscription. It is operated from Austria and hosted in the EU.

Pricing scales by branding, proofing depth, storage, and collaboration features. Free includes unlimited client galleries, 5 GB of storage, client reactions and stars, email-gated access, and one video per gallery. Starter costs €8 per month when billed annually or €12 monthly, removing PhotoGlacier branding and adding password-protected galleries, download PINs, filename export for reactions, and three videos per gallery. Pro costs €19 annually or €25 monthly and adds a custom domain, photo comments, priority support, and additional team seats. Studio costs €45 annually or €59 monthly, with Collaborative Boards, five included team seats, dedicated priority support, and additional seats available.

The standout fit is structured client proofing: photographers can collect reactions and comments, export reaction filenames for Lightroom, control download sizes, and review views, downloads, and reactions. Studio extends that workflow to collaborative boards, while custom layouts, fonts, colors, and domains support a more tailored client presentation. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: PhotoGlacier is web-based and names Adobe Lightroom as its integration. It also does not offer watermarking. Photographers focused on galleries, selections, and approvals should find the feature set well aligned; those needing broader platform coverage or watermarking should choose an alternative.
