Pelli is a web-based photo proofing and business platform for professional and amateur photographers. Its core workflow combines branded galleries with client likes, super-likes, favorites, selection confirmation, comments, download permissions and high-resolution or optimized downloads. Password protection, gallery expiration and customizable watermarks support controlled delivery, while client spaces, quotes, invoices, contracts, booking and print sales extend it beyond basic proofing.
Pricing starts with a Free plan available for life, including basic gallery customization, a client space, watermarks and email support. LITE costs €5 per month and adds 15 galleries, 10 GB of storage, a one-page website, quotes, invoices and contracts. PRO costs €25 per month or €180 per year, with unlimited galleries, 100 GB of storage, a print store and an AI copilot. ULTRA costs €50 per month or €420 per year and adds 1 TB of storage, online booking, express file transfer, AI search and facial recognition. Studios & Agencies includes unlimited photographers and users, usage-billed unlimited storage, a dedicated account manager and custom workflows.
Pelli’s breadth suits photographers who want proofing, delivery and business administration in one web platform. The print store applies 0% Pelli commission, and galleries can use folders, categories and branding. Optional AI semantic search and facial recognition are reserved for higher-tier use, making ULTRA the relevant choice for AI-assisted organization. Photographers focused only on straightforward client selections may find the business features unnecessary; those needing a web-based system with room for stores, contracts, booking and AI will find the tier structure more suitable.
