PeakRooms is a web-based hotel website builder for independent hotels, villas, homestays, serviced apartments, and small hotel groups. It generates a guest-facing booking website from a short property brief, with room listings, rates, photos, availability controls, booking requests, WhatsApp enquiries, guest reviews, paid add-ons, and promotional codes. The free Starter plan covers a mobile-friendly site, request-to-book workflows, an inbox, an availability calendar, paid guest add-ons, and 0% booking commission, making it a strong fit for properties that prefer receiving booking requests rather than taking instant reservations.

Pricing is structured around three tiers. Starter is free forever. Pro costs $19 per month or $180 per year and adds unlimited rooms, instant booking with card and local payment methods, seasonal rates, deposits, cancellation policies, a custom domain, and all website looks. Growth costs $39 per month or $360 per year and adds team members and roles, a housekeeping board, performance and booking reports, CSV export, and priority support. A 30-day free trial is also available. The paid plans build from a simple request workflow into a more complete booking and property-operations setup.

PeakRooms is most suitable when direct booking and lightweight internal coordination matter more than broad ecosystem connectivity. Its availability calendar supports date blocking, while Pro handles rates, deposits, cancellation policies, and payments through the property’s own payment provider. Growth extends the platform to housekeeping and reporting, which can help small teams coordinate day-to-day work. The main boundary is distribution: PeakRooms explicitly does not function as a channel manager and does not sync availability across OTAs. Properties that need OTA synchronization or wider integrations should choose an alternative; smaller operators focused on their own website, forms, and WhatsApp requests should find the feature set more aligned.

  • Where it doesn't
    • It does not sync availability across OTAs
    • Integrations are limited to WhatsApp
    • Instant booking and operational tools require paid plans
