A cloud communications suite that scales from auto attendants to call-center workflows.

PanTerra Streams.AI combines cloud business telephony with video conferencing, team messaging, file sharing, SMS, fax, and contact-center capabilities. It is aimed at small offices through enterprises, including distributed teams and regulated industries. Its strongest fit is an organization that needs more than basic calling: the platform spans auto attendants and custom routing through call queues, callbacks, analytics, and supervisory tools. Desktop and mobile softphones extend access across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Pricing is per user per month, billed monthly, with four published tiers. Business Basic costs $17.95 and includes HD voice, a basic auto attendant, HIPAA and HITECH compliance, a 99.999% uptime SLA, and 24/7 US-based support. Business Plus at $24.95 adds team messaging and rooms, SMS/MMS, conferencing, screen sharing, and Outlook and Microsoft Teams integrations. Professional at $29.95 adds Unified Live Monitor, silent listen, whisper and barge, lifetime analytics, App Designer workflows, and voicemail transcription to email. Call Center costs $44.95 and adds automatic call distribution, queues, skills and priority routing, queue management, callbacks, AI insights, and AI agents. There is no free plan.
Routing depth is a defining strength: rules can account for time of day, holidays, location, skills, and priority. The wider feature set includes call recording and cloud storage, real-time and historical analytics, and an AI receptionist for answering, routing, and taking messages. Integrations include Google Calendar, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, ServiceNow, and Zendesk as well as Outlook and Teams. Businesses with layered call flows or contact-center needs should consider it, especially if supervisory functions matter. Teams looking only for straightforward phone service may find the broader communications and contact-center scope unnecessary, while the advanced queue features require the top-priced tier.
