Ovellan is an AI chatbot for local businesses and online stores that want to answer customer questions, capture leads, book appointments and support sales conversations. It can use uploaded business content and crawled website content, while its website widget and messaging channels support customer interactions across web, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, SMS and Discord. Commerce features include product cards, cart links, checkout support and product or order questions. Human handoff, a shared inbox, analytics and a REST API extend it beyond automated replies.
Pricing is structured around message volume, seats and feature depth. Starter costs €29 per month and includes one seat, approximately 500 messages per month, one chatbot, three knowledge bases, a website widget and email support. Pro costs €79 per month, adds two seats, approximately 1,600 messages, three chatbots, the advanced flow builder, shared inbox and the listed messaging channels. Business costs €149 per month and includes four seats, approximately 3,000 messages, eight chatbots, premium Claude models, custom scoring rules and priority support. Enterprise adds custom seats, custom message volume, unlimited chatbots and dedicated onboarding and migration. A seven-day trial is available; Starter requires no card, while Pro and Business request one upfront.
Its ecosystem fit is a central strength for commerce-led teams. Integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WordPress, Zapier, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Slack and Telegram. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder supports more controlled journeys, while lead scoring, calendar booking, sales analytics, funnel analytics and CSAT analytics add operational visibility. Ovellan states that customer data is hosted in Germany and that the service is GDPR-compliant. Choose it if one system needs to cover AI answers, sales actions, booking and human support across multiple channels. Smaller teams needing only a simple website bot may find the paid structure and message-based tiers more than they need.
