Orgo is a cloud membership and community platform for federations, associations, nonprofits, political parties, professional bodies, and other multi-chapter organizations. It brings member profiles, custom fields, registration, approvals, segmentation, dues, events, ticketing, groups, discussions, newsletters, fundraising, voting, documents, courses, analytics, and organizational structures into one system. Administrators can manage permissions, chapters, communications, payments, and content centrally, while members can access the platform through web, iOS, and Android apps. It is aimed at organizations that need more structure than a standalone discussion community.

Pricing is organized around organizational scale. Grow costs €330 per month with annual billing and supports up to 1,000 members and 10 chapters. It includes events and ticketing, discussion and groups, newsletter campaigns, and fundraising. Scale costs €750 per month with annual billing, raises capacity to 10,000 members and 100 chapters, and adds eDocuments and eSignatures, project management, and workflows. Enterprise includes unlimited members and chapters, a 99.9% uptime SLA, security and legal review, custom integrations, and complex data migration. The published prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Orgo offers personalized demos with sandbox environments rather than a self-service free trial.

The platform’s strongest fit is for organizations managing distributed chapters, formal member processes, and several operational workflows at once. Features such as per-chapter permissions, approval queues, targeted email campaigns, QR check-in, recurring payments through Stripe, eVoting, APIs, webhooks, Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce, and n8n support a broad operating model. Moderation includes profanity filtering, blocked-word lists, AI analysis, approval queues, and member reporting. Organizations with simple community needs, smaller budgets, or a preference for flexible month-to-month entry pricing should look elsewhere; Orgo makes more sense when chapter management and consolidated administration justify the subscription.
