OpenLinker is an open-source, self-hosted ecommerce orchestration platform for development agencies, internal technical teams, online shops and enterprise deployments. It connects shops, marketplaces, shipping providers and invoicing systems, with bidirectional synchronization for inventory and orders. Teams can also create listings, publish products in bulk through WooCommerce, apply per-channel inventory overrides and manage multiple warehouses through supported workflows.

The Free plan costs $0 USD as a software license and includes the Apache 2.0 license, no license fee, no per-order fee and no seat limits. There are no paid license tiers. Hosting, implementation, support and SLA services are commercial and scoped separately, so teams choosing OpenLinker should account for those operational needs outside the license itself. The platform is available through web, API and self-hosted deployment models. Its listed integrations include PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Allegro, ERLI, InPost, DPD, Subiekt nexo, KSeF, inFakt, Anthropic and OpenAI.

OpenLinker's strongest differentiator is its orchestration and extensibility layer. Retry handling, deduplication, identifier mapping and projections are built into the core, while the plugin SDK lets teams add marketplace, carrier, shop and ERP adapters without modifying the core. It also supports guided listing creation, AI-assisted description drafts using Anthropic or OpenAI, shipping labels, tracking and pickup-point workflows through supported carriers. The trade-off is product maturity: OpenLinker is an alpha, pre-1.0 product founded in 2024. Technical teams that want control, customization and a free license should consider it; organizations seeking a more mature integration ecosystem or separately defined commercial services should evaluate alternatives.
