OnPage is an incident alert management platform for IT operations, managed service providers, healthcare organizations, and other teams handling time-sensitive events. It routes critical alerts through on-call schedules, routing rules, escalation policies, and severity levels. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support teams that need persistent alert delivery, secure response collaboration, and a record of how incidents were delivered, read, and acknowledged.

Pricing is organized around four plans. OnPage costs $13.99 per user per month with annual billing and includes the mobile application plan, incident alerting, an on-call calendar and scheduler, and post-incident reports. OnPage Quarterly costs $16.99 per user per month with quarterly billing. Enterprise Silver costs $22.99 per user per month with annual billing and adds enterprise incident management, on-call scheduling, escalation and failover groups, and enterprise-wide messaging status updates. Enterprise Gold costs $28.99 per user per month with annual billing and lists the same highlighted capabilities. A seven-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The strongest fit is a team that needs alert persistence and accountability beyond basic notifications. OnPage supports secure two-way messaging, mass notifications, downloadable post-incident reporting, and time-stamped delivery, read, and acknowledgment audit trails. Its integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ConnectWise, Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic One, Salesforce, Sumo Logic, and webhooks. Choose it when escalation, stakeholder updates, and incident records are central requirements. Teams seeking a free ongoing option or lower entry pricing may prefer an alternative.
