Onlin is a hosted ecommerce platform for Indian retailers, D2C brands, wholesalers, and multi-store businesses. It combines storefront creation, custom domains, product and variant management, real-time inventory, checkout, payments, promotions, analytics, and customer communication. Its India-focused commerce coverage includes UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, COD, partial payments, GST support, wholesale pricing, jewellery pricing, hyperlocal delivery, and voice shopping through AnantAI. Businesses that need more than a basic online store can also use appointment scheduling, slot-based delivery, and enquiry-based selling.
Pricing is divided into five paid monthly plans. Takeoff costs ₹2,167 per month and includes a full online store, unlimited products, 500 active catalog, basic marketing tools, standard checkout, and WhatsApp support. Elevate costs ₹4,333 and adds advanced product management, a 1,000 active catalog, wholesale and bulk selling, jewellery pricing support, discounts, promotions, and cart recovery. Growth costs ₹13,000 and adds multi-store management, a 5,000 active catalog, vendor dashboard, advanced pricing controls, enquiry-based selling, and real-time shipping rates. Scale costs ₹15,167 with multi-location management, a 10,000 active catalog, hyperlocal delivery setup, inventory sync, advanced appointments, and operational controls. Enterprise costs ₹17,333 and adds a 25,000 active catalog, high-capacity infrastructure, advanced access controls, priority support, custom integrations, and team access for up to 50 staff. The first monthly payment covers a minimum of three months.
The platform’s strongest fit is for businesses whose operations span wholesale rules, multiple stores or locations, Indian payment methods, and inventory coordination. Integrations include Razorpay, Shiprocket, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook Pixel, and Google Shopping, while SEO tools, analytics, AI content assistance, and voice shopping extend its coverage. Smaller sellers seeking a free entry point or a simpler, lower-cost storefront may prefer a narrower platform. Onlin is more suitable when catalog growth, operational controls, wholesale workflows, and multichannel selling justify its paid structure.
