Onet Poczta is a personal email service operated by Ringier Axel Springer Polska sp. z o.o. It combines browser-based webmail with Android and iOS applications, desktop access, and support for compatible email programs. Its audience is individual users and small teams who want a Polish email service with aliases, contacts, calendar tools, automatic message sorting and spam protection. Two-factor authentication options add an account-security control, while IMAP access supports users who prefer a separate mail client.

The service uses a freemium structure. Onet Poczta Free provides a free account, while the paid Onet Poczta plan provides a paid account. Onet Poczta Plus adds premium account features, no advertising mailings and custom-domain support. The published plans also describe expanded mailbox capacity for paid versions, while the free mailbox capacity is 15 GB. A 50 MB attachment limit applies, so users regularly sending larger files may need another way to share them. For a personal mailbox, the free tier covers core email needs; Plus is the relevant choice for custom domains or an ad-free experience.

Platform coverage is one of Onet Poczta’s clearest strengths. Users can access it through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, or connect supported clients such as Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird through IMAP.
