OneBox Social is a cloud workspace for businesses, agencies and customer-service teams managing Google Business Profiles across locations. It combines review handling, profile maintenance, Google publishing and performance reporting with connections to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn and Gmail. The web app supports unlimited team members, location-based permissions and activity history, making it suited to groups that need shared workflows rather than a single-location dashboard.
The paid plans build from messaging into broader channel coverage. WhatsApp Business includes one WhatsApp Business number, unlimited contacts, analytics, API and webhook access, a unified inbox and unlimited team members. Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp adds one Facebook page, one Instagram account, publishing, scheduling and task automation. All-in-One adds one YouTube channel, one X account, one LinkedIn profile, one Gmail account and one Google Business Profile. Enterprise extends that package with tailored channels, usage and automation, unlimited usage, AI voice calls, priority support and unlimited team members. The listed starting price is 20, and there is no free plan.
For Google Business Profile work, the strongest depth is in review and location operations. Teams can assign reviews, track follow-up, draft replies with AI assistance, update business details, services and photos in bulk, and schedule posts, events and offers. Reporting covers ratings, review volume, sentiment, location comparisons, Search and Maps activity, calls, website clicks and directions, with PDF exports for reporting. The trade-off is that the Google profile capability is bundled into a wider social suite, and the first listed plan with a Google Business Profile includes one profile. Choose OneBox Social when shared GBP workflows and social publishing belong in one workspace; consider a more focused option if you need a standalone GBP tool or broader support channels.
