OKRgen is web-based OKR software for individuals, teams, and organizations introducing structured goal-setting. Its core workflow combines live OKR validation, AI coaching while writing objectives and key results, weekly progress tracking, check-ins, and an OKR health score. Solo users and small teams can start with the Free plan, while larger groups can use shared tracking, workspaces, roles, and an alignment view.
The pricing structure moves from a one-seat Free plan to paid collaboration features. Free includes live validation, basic coaching tips, and PDF export. Pro costs $19 per user per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited cycles, full AI coaching, health scoring, and strategy import. Team costs $49 per team per month, billed monthly, and includes everything in Pro plus workspaces and roles, shared tracking, and an alignment view. Gold includes everything in Team, along with a contribution ledger, quarterly snapshots, and review packs for HR; it is marked coming soon.
OKRgen’s focus is narrower than a broad work-management suite: it concentrates on writing, validating, aligning, and reviewing OKRs. The web-only delivery keeps the platform scope straightforward, while the absence of integrations on the Free plan may matter to teams that want OKRs connected to other workplace tools. Choose OKRgen if guided OKR creation, check-ins, and progressive team features are the priority. Consider an alternative if deep integrations, broader permissions, or more extensive reporting are central requirements from the beginning.
