OfficeRnD Flex is a cloud platform for coworking and flexible workspace operators. It brings together member and company account management, contracts, memberships, meeting-room inventory, booking rules, automated billing, payments, occupancy reporting, interactive floor plans, and member-facing portals. Its web, iOS, and Android apps support different parts of the workspace experience, while access-rule management and door-access integrations extend into on-site operations. The product is suited to newly opened spaces, growing operators, and established workspaces that need one system for daily administration and member services.
Pricing is organized around Start, Grow, and Scale. Start costs £145 per month with monthly billing or £130 per month with annual billing, and includes meeting room bookings, contracts and memberships, automated billing and payments, visual floorplan management, Data Hub, and Growth Hub. Grow costs £260 per month monthly or £235 per month annually, adding multi-location management and premium payment integrations. Scale includes everything in Grow, plus single sign-on, webhooks and API access, a test environment, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The published plans show a clear path from single-location operations to more advanced administration, but the platform does not offer a free plan.
OfficeRnD Flex has a wide integration footprint for workspace businesses. Supported connections include Xero and QuickBooks for accounting; Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal, Authorize.net, Braintree, Forte, Placepay, Ezidebit, Omise, Bottomline, WorldPay, CardConnect, and PayDock for payments; and integrations across access control, CRM, Wi-Fi, and collaboration tools. Community event creation, member event display, optional visitor management, branded apps, online booking, AI lead handling, and analytics broaden its scope beyond room reservations. Choose Flex if your operation needs booking, billing, access, occupancy, and member engagement together. Smaller teams seeking a free entry tier or multi-location features on the base plan should look elsewhere.
