NutriLab brings recipe development, nutrition analysis, and food-label creation into a cloud-based workspace. It is aimed at food entrepreneurs, restaurants, manufacturers, nutrition professionals, and educational institutions that need to develop or review product labels. Ingredient management draws on USDA FoodData Central and supports custom ingredients; recipes can be versioned and analyzed before users create Nutrition Facts labels, ingredient statements, and allergen reports. The web-based editor offers multiple designs and a real-time preview, with completed labels and reports available to download.

The plans distinguish individual work from team use. Individual costs $39 per month and includes unlimited recipes and the Help Guide, but is framed for working alone. Business costs $49 per user per month and adds unlimited projects and labels, claims and front-of-pack labeling, team collaboration, and online support. Enterprise is $79 per user per month, with team collaboration, unlimited users, recipes, projects, and labels, plus claims and front-of-pack labeling. A 7-day trial is offered. For additional regulatory help, the Premium Plan is $250 per month and includes up to two consulting calls per month, nutrition calculations and Nutrition Facts formatting, FDA compliance guidance, and email support. À La Carte Consulting is also $250 per product.

NutriLab’s fit is strongest when food-label work and nutrition calculations are central to recipe development: USDA-backed ingredient data, version tracking, claims support, and allergen reporting address connected steps in that workflow. Team permissions and collaboration support shared projects, while individual pricing gives solo work a separate route. The product is web-only and its listed integration is USDA FoodData Central, so organizations evaluating broader platform connections should weigh that scope. Choose it for food-specific label creation and review; it is less suited to teams seeking a general-purpose labeling tool unrelated to nutrition and regulatory food labeling.
