Nuclino is a collaborative knowledge workspace for teams that need documents, wikis, project information, search, and visual organization in one service. It supports private workspaces for internal knowledge and public publishing for help centers, documentation, changelogs, and other external content. Small teams wanting broad platform coverage are the clearest fit, especially when content needs to stay connected through collections, sub-collections, and internal links.

The freemium structure gives teams a usable starting point. The Free plan costs 0 per user per month and includes up to 50 items, up to three canvases, and 2GB total storage. The 14-day Starter trial provides a way to evaluate paid functionality. Starter adds unlimited items and canvases, admin tools, publishing, 30-day version history, and 10GB of storage per user. Business adds Sidekick AI, an audit log, team insights, advanced security controls, SAML single sign-on, and a custom publishing domain. Teams should compare those additions against their governance and publishing needs before choosing a tier.

Platform coverage is a notable strength: Nuclino is available on the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and through an API. Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, Jira, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro, Draw.io, and Lucidchart. Core capabilities also include full-text search and filtering, version comparison and restoration, access roles, AI-assisted answers and drafting, image generation, and usage metrics. Choose Nuclino when one workspace should cover knowledge, collaboration, publishing, and connected tools; choose an alternative if the priority is a narrower knowledge-base product rather than a broad workspace.
