Noterro is cloud-based practice management software for massage therapists and allied-health practitioners. It brings appointment scheduling, online booking, digital intake and consent forms, SOAP notes, client treatment history, billing, receipts, payment processing through Square, reminders, waitlists, and insurance workflows into one system. Web, iOS, and Android access support practitioners working from a clinic or mobile setting, while the clinic-branded app gives clients a booking-focused experience.
The plan structure adds capabilities in clear stages. Core costs $33 per month for one practitioner when billed monthly, or $28.05 per month with annual billing. It includes charts and forms, scheduling and online booking, billing and payments, a clinic-branded app, and Google Calendar sync. Plus costs $55 monthly or $46.75 with annual billing, adding file storage, text and call reminders, waitlists, Noterro GO for mobile clinics, and insurance codes and policies. Max costs $77 monthly or $65.45 with annual billing, adding packages, memberships, automatic payments, a dedicated phone number, insurance claims and payments, and TELUS eClaims integration. The vendor states that Canadian clinics are billed in CAD and other clinics in USD.
Noterro stands out when clinical records and payer workflows matter alongside scheduling. Its integrations include Google Calendar, Square, TELUS eClaims, Availity, Office Ally, TriZetto, and Google Analytics, while AI-assisted Scribe and Form Summary tools support documentation workflows. Practitioners can choose it for a broader operational system covering clinical notes, forms, payments, memberships, and insurance. A simpler scheduling-focused practice may not need the higher-tier features or the added plan structure, particularly when insurance claims and automatic membership payments are not part of daily operations.
