NordQR is a cloud-based menu management tool for restaurants that want to create web menus and share them through QR codes. Its editor supports dish prices, descriptions, photos and allergen information, while the hosted menu opens in a web browser. The product is suited to restaurants managing digital menus across languages, as well as those that want an option to print physical menus. NordQR was founded in 2021 and is offered by NORDQR, S.L., based in Vilassar de Mar, Barcelona, Spain.
The free Basic plan is a permanent option, with 1 menu, 20 dishes, 500 scans per month, 1 language and 1 user. Lite raises the allowance to 200 dishes and 1,500 scans per month, and includes 2 users and Google reviews. Pro includes 600 dishes, unlimited scans, 5 languages, 4 users, Google reviews and custom branding. Max provides unlimited dishes and scans, 10 languages, 10 users, Google reviews and a custom domain. A 14-day free trial is also offered, and a credit card is not required to start it. Lite also includes 6 months free on TableMaster.
The key operational benefit is that menu changes sync with existing QR codes, so restaurants can update hosted menus without replacing the codes. Automatic translation and Google Business Profile reviews displayed in menus broaden the digital menu experience; PDF or image imports are supported, with Pro Magic Scan able to make uploaded menus editable. Physical menu printing is available on eligible plans. NordQR is web-based rather than a native app, and the Basic limits may not suit restaurants with extensive menus or high scan volume. It is a better fit for restaurants prioritizing hosted QR menus and translation than for those seeking a native app or a free plan with larger allowances.
