Nobon Data Room is a private-markets platform for project developers, fund managers, advisors, and other deal teams. It combines secure data rooms with investor portals, electronic signatures, Q&A, document analytics, workflow automation, and deal syndication. The Start plan is free forever and includes a secure data room, investor portal, e-signatures, Q&A, deal analytics, and workflow automation, making Nobon a strong fit for small teams managing investor communications without an initial subscription cost.
Pricing separates the free foundation from more advanced deal management. The Pro plan costs $149 per month with monthly billing or $1,490 per year with annual billing. It adds unlimited active deals, folder-level access control, unlimited e-signatures, workflow automation, an investor CRM, and white-label branding. An Enterprise plan includes built-in KYC, Cardano tokenisation, in-platform payment processing, a carbon credit marketplace module, a dedicated account manager, and a custom SLA and contract. A 14-day free trial is also available.
Nobon's strongest differentiator is the combination of fundraising documents and investor workflows in one branded workspace. Teams can create personalized deal views, structure investor Q&A with notifications, manage document versions, collect signatures for NDAs, LOIs, and SPAs, and monitor document views and engagement. Deal syndication is available through Nobon Connect. The platform is web-only, so teams that require native mobile access should look elsewhere. Nobon suits private-capital teams that value investor portals and integrated transaction workflows; larger or mobile-heavy organizations may find the paid entry point and platform scope less suitable.
