Neztio brings enrollment, attendance, family communication, staffing, and meal workflows into childcare management software for home daycares and centers. Its web platform and iOS and Android apps give staff and families access to updates, messages, and forms. Small centers looking to organize core daily tasks without an initial subscription may find the Starter plan a practical fit, while centers needing payments or broader reporting will need a paid tier.

The free Starter plan includes basic daily reports, parent messaging, QR check-in/check-out, a parent app, and child assessments with developmental tracking. Standard costs $79 per center monthly and adds staff accounts, preset forms, attendance reports and exports, email support, limited AI-assisted messaging, meal planning, and CACFP tracking. Growth is $149 per center monthly, adding billing and online tuition payments, a full form builder, advanced reports and CSV exports, enrollment automation, the full AI suite, and priority support. Pro is listed at $229 per center monthly with multi-site management, advanced analytics, API access, custom integrations, and unlimited AI usage; it is described as coming soon. A 30-day full-access trial precedes the ongoing Starter plan, which is limited to 15 children.

The workflow breadth is a strength: alongside QR attendance and enrollment forms, Neztio includes real-time headcounts and staff-to-child ratio monitoring, staff scheduling, role-based access, family photo and video sharing, and meal logging with CACFP claim generation. AI features can draft messages, daily reports, and director briefings, though Standard limits AI-assisted messaging. Platform fit is narrower for centers depending on third-party connections: Stripe is the only listed integration. Choose Neztio if its built-in workflows and mobile apps suit your center; centers that require other integrations should compare alternatives before committing.
