Next Commerce is a hosted ecommerce platform for direct-to-consumer brands, performance marketers, agencies, developers, and technical teams. It brings storefront themes, catalogues, unified checkout, order management, subscriptions, payments, campaign funnels, analytics, and fulfillment into one system. Web and API access support both managed storefronts and headless campaign experiences, while localized storefronts, digital product fulfillment, and custom product attributes extend its commerce scope.

Pricing is split between two monthly plans. The $299 Growth Plan includes managed storefronts with themes, unified secure checkout, funnels, upsells, A/B splits, NEXT Payments, multi-gateway orchestration, native subscriptions, retention tools, inventory, and multi-store management. The $2,999 Done-for-You Managed Plan adds store setup, theme customization, funnel creation, checkout-flow customization, payment gateway integration and optimization, dedicated onboarding, an account manager, priority support, and quarterly strategy reviews. The higher tier is aimed at teams that want ongoing implementation and strategic assistance rather than only platform access.

Next Commerce’s strongest fit is for brands that treat checkout and campaign optimization as central parts of ecommerce. Its integration set includes Shopify, Klaviyo, ShipStation, Gorgias, Everflow, Meta, Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Airwallex, Google Analytics, and Zapier. Shopify product and order synchronization can help teams retain parts of an existing Shopify operation, while analytics, reporting, and marketing attribution support performance-focused workflows. The platform is less suitable for smaller merchants seeking low fixed costs or built-in abandoned-cart campaigns: its documentation covers marking carts abandoned and sending webhook data to external remarketing platforms, not native recovery campaigns. Choose it for funnels, subscriptions, payment orchestration, and managed commerce; look elsewhere if those capabilities do not justify the monthly commitment.
