Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
Nex is a web-based email design tool for individual professionals and organizations that need responsive HTML emails without hand-coding. Its workflow combines templates, AI-generated drafts, visual editing, reusable content blocks, previewing, and HTML export. The free plan makes it suitable for users who want to explore AI-assisted email design without committing to a paid tier.
The standout feature is the combination of AI generation and visual responsive editing. Nex supports starter, Pro, and Enterprise templates, reusable sections, modular blocks, multilingual layouts, and right-to-left support. Email previews are available before export, while real-time co-editing and review workflows support collaborative creation. This makes Nex a good fit for teams producing localized or recurring email designs, as well as individuals who want a visual alternative to hand-coding.
Nex is delivered through the web, and HTML is the stated export option. The Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans add progressively different templates, blocks, support, usage limits, reusable sections, and team features. Pro adds priority support, while Enterprise adds priority phone and email support plus team collaboration features. Users who need a focused email design workspace with AI assistance, reusable components, and collaboration should consider Nex. Teams that require verified integrations with other email platforms or broader platform coverage should compare alternatives.
