A free Apple planner that combines daily prioritization, focus tracking, and reflection.

MyDay is a free daily planning app for people who want to organize tasks, routines, calendars, and reminders around a repeatable plan-do-reflect workflow. Its check-in and check-out structure gives each day a defined beginning and end, while a pinned Must Do task keeps prioritization visible. Focus-time tracking, habits, recurring tasks, and daily or monthly insights extend the workflow beyond a simple checklist. The app is available on iOS and macOS.
Its strongest fit is the Apple ecosystem. MyDay integrates with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Apple Reminders, bringing scheduled commitments and reminder-based tasks into a daily planning view. Dark mode and recurring task or habit options support regular use, while the focus timer connects planning with time spent on focused work. An AI companion adds daily planning suggestions for people who want help shaping the day's priorities. Choose MyDay if you want calendars, reminders, habits, and focus sessions connected to a structured daily review.
The main tradeoff is platform scope. MyDay is designed for iOS and macOS, so it is a better match for Apple users than for people who need an Android or cross-platform planning app. Its emphasis is also deliberately daily: prioritization, check-ins, focus sessions, habits, and reflection are central to the experience. People looking for a broader project-management workspace may prefer a tool organized around larger projects, teams, or more extensive task structures. For Apple users seeking a free planner with calendar integrations and a clear daily rhythm, MyDay is a focused option.
