Minsh provides standalone branded messaging apps for organizations, private communities, and distributed teams. Members can use public and private groups, direct private messaging, announcements, push notifications, file and document sharing, events, RSVPs, ratings, comments, directories, and profiles. Organizations can manage the service through a web-based admin dashboard, create virtual spaces for separate communities, export messages, review usage reports, and add custom chatbots. Apps are available on Android, iOS, and the web, with support for up to 10,000 members.
Pricing is per app rather than per user. The Starter plan costs $124 per app per month with annual billing or $144 with monthly billing, and includes partial white label, free user access, and a shared cloud server. Venture costs $289 annually or $349 monthly, adding full white label, configurable pages and features, and advanced usage reports while retaining a shared cloud server. Enterprise costs $499 annually or $599 monthly and adds in-app monetization, a dedicated cloud server, and custom development access. According to the published plans, the higher tiers are mainly for deeper branding, configuration, reporting, hosting, and development requirements.
Minsh fits organizations that want a branded member experience across mobile and web rather than a basic internal chat tool. Its feature breadth covers community communication, events, files, administration, and reporting in one app. The listed integrations—Facebook, Instagram, Zapier, iCal, and Zoho CRM—can connect the service with selected social, automation, calendar, and CRM workflows, but the ecosystem is focused. Organizations that need full white labeling, configurable pages, or advanced reports should consider Venture; those needing monetization, dedicated hosting, or custom development access should consider Enterprise. Teams seeking a lower-cost, user-priced chat product may prefer an alternative.
