MindOnMap is mind-mapping and diagramming software for students, educators, business users, and creative professionals. It supports mind maps, concept maps, timelines, flowcharts, organization charts, and Gantt charts, with templates and customization for themes, colors, fonts, line styles, and structures. Users can add images, hyperlinks, comments, and relationship lines, then share maps through links with password and validity-date controls.

Pricing makes the product accessible for light use and broader work. Free Use costs $0 per account and includes 100 AI credits, three mind-map files, 50 nodes per map, and JPEG/PNG export with a watermark. The Monthly Plan costs $15 per month and adds 1,000 AI credits, unlimited files and nodes, six export formats, 30 historical versions, and access for up to five devices. The Annual Plan costs $6 per month when billed annually, with 15,000 AI credits and the same file, export, version, and device allowances. The Perpetual Plan costs $180 one time and includes 60,000 AI credits with the same paid features.

AI is the standout capability: MindOnMap can generate maps from prompts or topics, while AI chat can edit, expand, summarize, translate, or delete selected nodes. Automatic saving, cloud synchronization, offline support, and real-time collaboration suit users who move between devices or share working maps. Exports include JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, Word, Markdown, and TXT on paid plans, giving finished diagrams broader reuse. Choose MindOnMap if low-cost AI assistance, flexible diagram types, and cross-device access matter most. Consider another option if consistent mobile-app information or a dedicated presentation workflow is essential.
