miMind is a cross-platform mind-mapping application for brainstorming, project planning, note-taking, studying, diagrams and presentations. It runs in a browser and on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, making it suited to users who want to work with maps across desktop and mobile devices. Its core feature set covers hierarchical maps with multiple layouts, rich text, shapes, images, audio, video, attachments, hyperlinks, calendar events, charts, graphs, tables and checklists.

The published plans show a free option for core mind mapping, while miMind Premium costs $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. Premium adds cloud sync across platforms, unlimited maps, high-definition exports, map encryption and presentation mode. miMind AI costs $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year and includes all Premium features, a built-in AI assistant, AI map generation, chat with maps and real-time expansion suggestions. There is no free trial, and the refund policy states that purchases are generally non-refundable, with case-by-case consideration.

Platform breadth and file handling are major strengths. miMind supports offline mode and exports to PNG, JPG, BMP, TGA, PDF, SVG, HTML, Word, Markdown, text outline, OPML, XML, JSON and CSV. Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive are listed integrations, alongside Google, Apple, Microsoft and Facebook support. Map encryption and presentation mode extend its use beyond simple brainstorming. Choose miMind if you value broad device coverage, offline access, rich content and low-cost paid mapping. Users who need cloud synchronization without a subscription, or who do not need its wide feature set, may prefer a simpler alternative.
