A Microsoft-centered recruiting suite with panel scheduling and Teams workflows.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Recruiting is a recruiting add-on for organizations using Dynamics 365 Human Resources. It combines job ads, candidate profiles, applications, hiring teams, recruiting workflows, panel interview scheduling, candidate slot selection, meeting invitations, and interviewer feedback. Candidates can use a careers site to upload resumes, apply, and track application status. The product is aimed at HR and recruiting teams already operating within the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem.
Pricing is structured around two annual plans. Dynamics 365 Human Resources Self Service costs $4 per user per month and provides employee and manager self-service capabilities; it is also the required minimum license for access to Recruiting solutions. Dynamics 365 Human Resources costs $135 per user per month and includes full application capabilities plus Human Resources recruiting functionality. Recruiting is documented as an add-on rather than a separately priced product, and Outlook and Microsoft Teams licenses are additionally required for interview scheduling notifications and meeting workflows.
Microsoft integrations are the central advantage. Outlook calendar availability supports panel slot discovery with two-way calendar sync, while panel members can confirm preferred slots through Teams. Recruiters can email confirmed options to candidates, send invitations to candidates and interviewers, and collect interviewer feedback in Teams. Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions extend the surrounding workflow. Choose it when recruiting needs to fit an existing Microsoft HR environment; organizations seeking a platform-neutral scheduling tool or a standalone recruiting product should look elsewhere.
