Merchize is a print-on-demand fulfillment platform for ecommerce sellers, creators, and merchandise brands. It combines product design and mockup tools with catalog management, multichannel synchronization, order management, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and tracking. The platform supports web storefronts and API workflows, with connections to Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, eBay, Google Shopping, and Order Desk. It is suited to operators who want fulfillment and storefront infrastructure in one service rather than managing those functions separately.
Its plan structure separates fulfillment from storefront features. The Fulfillment Plan — Lite Package is free and includes unlimited users, multichannel integrations, order management, artwork management, a mockup generator, and API access. Storefront Plan — Platinum costs $79 per store per month, includes 5K–50K products, and applies a 1% transaction fee. Storefront Plan — Diamond costs $299 per store per month, supports 50K–150K products, and lowers the transaction fee to 0.5%. Both paid storefront tiers include personalized features, Google Shopping integration, store analytics, and priority support. A seven-day trial is available for the storefront offering.
Merchize stands out when branding and personalization are part of the merchandise operation. Sellers can offer buyer-entered text and images, while custom branding can include labels, hang tags, inserts, and packaging. Its REST API covers products, orders, and shipments, supporting custom workflows alongside connected commerce channels. The trade-off is cost: sellers needing only basic fulfillment or a low-cost storefront may not suit the monthly Storefront pricing, particularly at the $79 entry tier. Merchize fits operators managing multiple channels, branded products, and fulfillment coordination; smaller sellers with simpler needs may prefer a narrower setup.
