MerchantPro is a hosted ecommerce platform for launching, operating and scaling online stores. It combines product catalog and inventory management with responsive storefronts, SEO tools, checkout configuration, payment and courier integrations, digital product downloads, and abandoned-cart email automation. Its feature set is aimed at businesses ranging from early-stage shops to mature operations, with particular relevance for European omnichannel and B2B retailers. The platform runs on web and API, and supports both free and paid plans.

Pricing is structured around a free Basic plan, a 15-day free trial, and paid Premium, Vip and Enterprise tiers. Premium costs €34.99 per month when billed monthly or €29.74 per month on annual billing, adding CSS and HTML editing, SSL setup and HTTP/2, CSV and Excel import/export, and multi-language and multi-currency support. Vip costs €59.99 monthly or €52.79 on annual billing, with ERP integrations, multi-store synchronization, marketing tools, API access and phone support. Enterprise costs €134.99 monthly or €121.49 on annual billing, adding workflow automation, priority support, one-to-one training and 24/7 monitoring. Prices exclude VAT.

MerchantPro’s strongest fit comes from its regional commerce ecosystem and breadth beyond a basic storefront. Integrations include SmartBill, FGO, Facturis, Oblio, FAN Courier, Cargus, Stripe, PayU, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook, Instagram and ERP systems. Merchants can manage multiple inventory locations and warehouse allocation, connect catalogs and stock across stores, sell through Facebook and Instagram, and support third-party sellers through marketplace functionality. B2B pricing, sales-agent and quotation workflows further extend its operational scope. Choose MerchantPro if these commerce channels and workflows matter; a simpler store may not need its broader tier structure or app-dependent inventory-location capability.
