MenuQR is a cloud-based digital menu tool for restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, bakeries and hotels. It turns menus into live pages opened by QR code in a browser, where customers can view current prices, build a cart and send a pre-filled order to the restaurant’s WhatsApp account. It suits operators who want editable menus and a messaging-based order flow, particularly those managing more than one location on a higher plan.
The published monthly plans scale from a free option to Business at $40 per month. Free covers one restaurant and up to 20 items, with 10 AI descriptions and three menu photo imports per month. Starter is $15 per month and adds unlimited items, analytics, QR files in PNG, SVG and PDF, and removes MenuQR branding. Pro costs $25 per month and allows three restaurants with five menus each, per-table QR codes, and Urdu and Arabic support. Business at $40 per month covers 10 restaurants and unlimited menus, with unlimited AI descriptions and photo imports, full white-label, API access and priority support. A 14-day free trial is also offered.
WhatsApp is central to the product’s ordering approach: customers assemble a cart and send it as a pre-filled message, while the menu itself remains browsable without an app. MenuQR also includes AI-assisted extraction from menu photos, generated descriptions, cart calculations for GST, service charges and discounts, and scan and busy-hours analytics. Its listed integrations include WhatsApp and Stripe, among others. The language coverage described is English, Urdu and Arabic, with Urdu and Arabic on Pro; restaurants needing other languages or a checkout that completes directly within the menu should compare alternatives. MenuQR is a fit for restaurants prioritizing quick menu updates and WhatsApp orders, especially as they expand across locations.
