MentorEase is a web-based mentoring platform for higher-education institutions, industry associations, nonprofits, corporate HR teams and government programs. It covers participant registration, configurable applications, administrator approvals, self-matching, hybrid matching, automatic matching and AI-assisted comparison of open-text fields and resumes. Programs can include goals, checklists, journals, meeting summaries, announcements, discussion forums, resources and completion certificates. Responsive access is available across screen sizes, with MentorEase hosting by default or installation on a company server.

Administrators can track activity and outcomes through management reports, usage logs and charts, then export data to Excel.
